The Battle of Malta has finalized it’s robust schedule for the upcoming 2025 Battle of Malta at Casino Malta and the Eden Arena at the adjoining Intercontinental Hotel Malta from April 2nd-9th.
The schedule boasts dozens of action-packed events with buy-ins ranging from €70 for satellites all the way up to €1,100 for the three-day High Roller Amazing Bet on April 6-8.
€500,000 Guaranteed 2025 Battle of Malta Main Event
The highlight of the schedule is easily the €500,000 guaranteed 2025 Battle of Malta €600 Main Event on April 3-9. The event provides the deepest structure in Europe for the buy-in with five days of action until a winner is crowned on the live-streamed feature table on April 9.
The event boasts plenty of chances to bag a big stack into Day 2 with the event offering five opening flights on April 3-6 where players will start with 40,000 in chips and blinds increasing every 40 minutes.
Each opening flight will conclude with players already in the money when just 15% of the field remains. The chip leader tradition started during the record-breaking 2024 Battle of Malta Autumn Edition Main Event will continue with modifications. There will be something to play for each opening day as in addition to the min-cash each opening flight chip leader will earn €5,000 from the prize pool.
Players will have more time for action as the money jumps begin to loom large with 60-minute blind levels featured on Day 2 on April 6, 75-minute blind levels on Day 3 on April 7, and 90-minute blinds on Day 4 on April 7. The live-streamed final table, will boast hour-long blind levels until one player earns the trophy, the lion’s share of a massive prize pool, and their picture on the Battle of Malta Wall of Fame.
Side Events Galore
While the Main Event certainly is an attention grabber, the schedule also boasts tons of side events each day. Hold’em players will have plenty to choose from with the popular two-day €300 Siege of Malta Mystery Bounty returning at the early portion of the schedule on April 3-4. The three-day €1,100 High Roller Amazing Bet boasts another multi-day event at the end of the schedule on April 6-8 with plenty of other hold’em events each day including the €200 Italia Play NLH (April 4), the €300 BetWin 360 NLH (April 5), the €240 Novibet Ultradeep (April 6), the €200 Novibet Road to Greece (April 7), and the €300 MAS Event NLH (April 8).
Meanwhile, the ever-growing €150 Ladies Event is once again back and powered by the Fantastic Ladies in Poker (FLIP) and its founder Daiva Byrne for a day of fun and poker on April 7.
Mixed game enthusiasts will also have plenty to choose from with pot-limit Omaha, HORSE, Sviten Special events littered throughout the schedule.
