Late registration has now closed in Day 1c of the Main Event, with a total of 533 players taking part, 80 of whom will proceed to Day 2. 

This brings the total up to 1,141 entries, with with six starting days left to go. One of those remaining six flights, Day 1d, is currently in progress and has 223 entries so far. Its currently in level 7 and gracing us with his presence today is Antoine Degiorgio, who is looking to book his seat into Day 2 on his first bullet. 

Other players spotted in Day 1d include English pro drinker Kenny Burke and Antonis Poulengeris, a stalwart of the London poker scene for decades.
