The Main Event is now on the final break of the day and there’s just one more level to play before the day draws to a close. There are 42 players left, including our defending Champion, who significantly increased his stack during the last session of play.

There had been 45 players left for quite some time, but three quick exits reduced their number to 42 just as the break began. These three unfortunate souls were:
