The Main Event final table is not the only event taking place today. There is also day two of the slow structured €2,200 Super High Roller, in which 36 players returned for a pop at the €48,440 first prize.

There are currently 25 players left and they are paying 13 places. The enigmatic Italian Fabio Peluso is still in, as is Dutch maestro Joris Ruijs. 

It’s very slow structured tournament, which has a 50-minute clock and we don’t expect it to wrap up any time soon. This one has the capacity to go well past the end of the Main Event.

When they return, the blinds will be 2,000/4,000 with a 4,000 big blind ante.
