Defending champion Vasileios Zisis is back and well in the mix, sitting in 4th place with 11.55m chips at the start of the day. Characteristically, he jumped into his seat jus as play was about to begin and I didn’t have much time to catch up with him before the cards were in the air. He did manage to say that his goal for today is to make the final table, but how far does he think he can win it?

“Of course (I can win it), but that will have to wait until tomorrow.”

Zisis entered three starting days, having a single bullet each time before negotiating his path into the money. He’s now set to earn a decent return, but just how decent remains to be seen…
