The Battle of Malta is the island’s most prestigious poker title. It has a rich history, beginning in 2012 and there have been 14 completed events so far. This Spring Edition is the 15th running of the series, which is yet to produce a double winner.
Vasileios Zizis deserves a more than honourable mention as he went the closest to achieving this elusive feat, finishing as runner up at the 2024 Autumn Edition at which he was the defending champion, having first secured victory in the Main Event this time last year.
