I joined the action at Table 7 when the board read T♥4♣K♦9♦. Mary Galvin checked to Gustav Frigast, who bet 8,500. Then, Galvin completed a check-raise to 18,500. After some consideration, Frigast made the call.

Frigast checked it over to Galvin on the 8♦ river, who confidently threw in five blue 5,000 chips. Frigast pondered for a minute or two before announcing all in for 47,000. Galvin leaned back in her chair, let out a “I can’t believe it” sigh, and then made the call.

Frigast turned over J♦3♦ for a rivered flush, which seemed to be what Galvin expected. She revealed her T♠T♦ holdings, while Frigast raked in his newly won chips.
