The final side event of the day has just begun, the €150 Hyperturbo. Last night 100 players rocked up for this one, but its a much busier day and by the time the first hand was played, over 60 players had ponied up the buy-in and were ready to rock ’n’ slowroll.
With this final tournament being in play, there are now seven tournaments running concurrently at Casino Malta!
Registration has closed in Day 1c of the Main Event, which did get past the 600 barrier, closing with 612 entries. It will soon be confirmed how many they will play down to tonight.
The Mystery Siege has 70 players left and they will play until 51 remain.
Registration has also closed in the Beer Poker Tour event, with a whopping 366 entries, 160 of whom are still in, many supping a free beer.
