Daskalis continued on the aggressive path with a 1,050,000 continuation bet on the A♥4♦3♥ flop. Shehadeh made the call, which brought the T♣ on the turn. All gas, no breaks from Daskalis who sized up to 2,400,000. Shehadeh decided to stick around.

Daskalis fired a third barrel on the 4♠ river, as he forced Shehadeh all in for 10,400,000. Shehadeh’s reaction his opponent’s bet said it all; he leaned back in his chair, relieved a heavy sigh, and threw in all his six 30-second timebank chips to the dealer.
