Day 1a players of the Main Event filed out of the arena to enjoy a 75-minute dinner break. The field in the full-priced €600 flight climbed to 202 entries with less than half of them at their seats with late registration remaining open for 1 additional level when the action resumes.

Meanwhile, the half-priced Day 1b just kicked off with 28 entries. As reminder, everything is chopped in half in this flight. Starting stack is 20,000 instead of 40,000, blinds are 20 minutes instead of 40 minutes, and the action plays down to 7.5 percent of the field instead of 15% of the field.
