Level 23: 20,000/40,000 (40,000)
Entries: 45/1,510
Prize Pool: €402,840

Andrej Desset will not be getting his hands on another trophy at Card Casino in this tournament, after he came unstuck in successive hands.

Desset opened to 85,000, and somewhat reluctantly called a three-bet jam of 290,000 from Marek Grinaj.

Marek Grinaj: 8♣8♠
Andrej Desset: J♥T♥

It was a flip, but Desset missed the 9♠4♦2♥A♥7♦ runout.

After paying the big blind and ante in the next hand, he only had 45,000 behind. Jakub Bubeliny opened from the button, and called Desset’s all-in.

Andrej Desset: A♥T♣
Jakub Bubeliny: K♦4♣

Desset was ahead, but Bubeliny flopped a pair, and rivered a flush, on the 9♠7♦4♦J♦9♦ runout, Desset wishing the table good luck as he departed.

Jakub Bubeliny – 1,020,000
Marek Grinaj – 680,000
Andrej Desset – 0
