Prize Pool: €400,000

Marcus Heindrich opened to 2,200 under the gun, and received calls from Dimitrios Anastasakis in the hijack, Sandor Korodi in the cutoff, and Marian Stangel and Daniel Simon in the blinds.

Action was checked to Heindrich on the J♦5♠3♣ flop, who fired out a bet of 8,000. Anastasakis, Korodi and Stangel folded, but Simon responded with an all-in of 18,300.

Heindrich immediately threw his hands up in the air in frustration, and spent the next two minutes muttering to himself, looking at Simon, and generally lamenting the spot he found himself in.

Eventually the clock was called, and Heindrich let his hand go dead to concede the pot to Simon, before claiming he folded an overpair.

Daniel Simon – 48,800
Marcus Heindrich – 18,300
