Marek Miklos opened to 2,400 from early position, and received calls from Marcus Heindrich on the button and Petr Vynhal in the big blind.

Action was checked to Heindrich on the J♠5♠2♦ flop, who fired out a bet of 7,500. Vynhal folded but Miklos called.

The same pattern followed on the T♠ turn, this time in respect of a bet of 25,000 from Heindrich.

The A♠ river completed the board, and was checked through. “Nuts” said Miklos as he tabled K♠J♥ for the nut flush, and Heindrich was dismayed to see his A♦J♣ for two pair had been rivered.

“This tournament man, I’ve folded sets twice, an overpair, and now this, crazy” lamented Heindrich, as Miklos raked in the pot.

Marek Miklos – 80,000
Marcus Heindrich – 20,500
