Marco Vestoso moved all in from middle position for 40,000, and received a call from Laszlo Okolenszki in the small blind.

Vestoso gestured for Okolenszki to show his hand, and Okolenszki obliged by revealing the 4♣, followed by the 4♥.

Vestoso threw his hands up in frustration as he tabled 3♣3♥.

Vestoso was up out of his chair, and had left the table after the T♠9♠T♦ flop, with the 8♣ turn and 4♠ river completing the runout, improving his opponent to a full house.
