Not everybody can play poker as well as a seasoned pro. As well as Patrik Antonius, for example.
The Finnish poker pro legend has over $11 million in career live tournament winnings – which is a fraction of his cash game take, we’re sure. Just this year even he finished 2nd in the Macau Super High Roller for more than $3m.
There are two great things about the 2018 Battle of Malta (well, there are way more, but here we’re talking about two):
1. That very same Patrik Antonius will play this year
2. Every player can win a share of Patrik Antonius’s next big event.
Each player can enter a free lottery and the lucky winner will win a share of Antonius in the next big event he plays. Just head outside the tournament area and sign up for the lottery.
It’s not a small share either. Antonius is giving away 10% of his next big cash(!) so take his prize from Macau and do the math yourself to figure out if it’s worth taking part.
We expect Patrik to be playing tomorrow but he might even jump in today, if he feels like it, alongside with Boris Becker. These two are the big names for this year’s Battle of Malta. And we suppose players are happy the organizers picked a share of Antonius for the lottery.
