Poker players all over Europe now have the chance to compete at the forthcoming €500,000 guarantee Battle of Malta Main Event via free-to-enter satellites on the popular ClubGG Texas Hold’em app.
A whole bunch of satellites are coming up on ClubGG with 16 Battle of Malta Passports being awarded in total before the end of March. The award-winning Battle of Malta festival takes place April 20 to 26 at the InterContinental Conference Centre in buzzing St Julian’s, one of the island’s top tourist resorts. In addition to the €555 buy-in Main Event, the schedule also features a High Roller tournament, bounty tournaments, turbos, PLO and much more.
ClubGG is a slick and adaptive subscription-based poker platform set up last year by GG Poker. Costing just $49.99 a month for ClubGG’s “Platinum Membership”, players are then invited to compete for tickets to live poker tournaments all over the world.
For the Battle of Malta satellites, players get unlimited, free attempts at competing in the first two stages with winners progressing to one of four online qualifiers. The coveted Battle of Malta Passport is worth €555 and there are two “final stage” qualifiers this month as well as another two in March. The Passports on offer are as follows:
February 20 – 3 Passports
February 27 – 3 Passports
March 6 – 5 Passports
March 13 – 5 Passports
April is the perfect time to visit Malta with superb weather, stunning beaches and a wealth of tourist amenities. The Hotel InterContinental has hosted the Battle of Malta since 2018 and is the island’s largest 5* hotel.
