The final day of the Battle of Malta is now set with 8 players remaining, competing for the top prize of €209,500. The top two places today will both pay out 6-figure prizes with second place looking to pocket €129,000.
Raoul Van Wersch is the player who is best positioned at the start of the day to take the top prize as he is sitting with about a quarter of the chips in play right now. Gabriele Re is one of three other players with 10 million or more as he starts the day with just over 16 million.
The final day’s action will kick off at 2 p.m. in real-time, but the final table will be streamed on a variety of platforms to suit individual viewers. The stream will be on a 20-minute delay to preserve the integrity of the game, and the live blog action will also follow the stream delay to avoid spoilers.
Lead reporter for the series so far, Jason Glatzer, will be putting down his pen to pick up a microphone today as he will be live on delay bringing you all the action from the stream while I take over the live blog duties for the day. See below for a look at all the places you can watch the action.
