Welcome to Day 3 of the 2024 Battle of Malta €600 Main Event at Casino Malta and the adjoining Eden Arena at the Intercontinental Hotel located in the heart of St. Juliens. The five opening flights in the Main Event attracted a banner field of 1,814 entries to create a huge €913,349 prize pool to decimate the €500,000 guarantee.
Yesterday witnessed each returning Day 2 player locking up at least a €900 min-cash. Players battled their way up the payout ladder with just 101 players remaining with €2,300 secured with today’s payout jumps becoming even more serious. The structure is deeper for Day 3 with 75-minute blind levels as opposed to the 20- and 40-minute blind levels during the opening flights and the one-hour levels on Day 2. The action will continue until there are just 24 hopefuls left for Tuesday’s penultimate day.
