Guana’s call hit the table almost earlier than Teti’s, and the Q♣ turn was checked by both nearly instantly as well.

Guana then swiftly threw in 15,000 chips on the 3♣ river and Teti folded. Guana tried to show his A♦, but the 8♠ was accidentally exposed as well, leading to some discussion between the players in their native Italian.
